All employees are encouraged to constantly aim towards more sustainable business practices that prevent risk of injuries or pollution, conserve energy, minimize waste and secure the proper disposal thereof.
CT Offshore advocates a no blame culture. We achieve this by:
- Having implemented a Health and Safety Management system under the provisions of the international convention for the Safety Of Life At Sea and reflected through procedures in the safety management system presented and readily available in our operational manuals.
- Having a Safety Management system that ensures readily and correct reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses. That casework is systematic, efficient and documented with risk assessments and necessary corrective actions carried out and monitored up against HSEQ targets.
- Ensuring proper education and safety training to obtain HSEQ targets and to secure that employees are capable to intervene immediately to prevent unsafe actions or conditions, through annual performance and development reviews of all employees and to elucidate employee satisfaction.
- Producing project specific
manuals that contain additional national regulations and
contractual obligations to ensure the safe delivery of every
project and well accomplished jobs provided by our vessels,
employees and sub-contractors to the customer's satisfaction.
